We found Nikki whilst searching the internet for a suitable pet sitter for our two cats and after the initial meeting we were very impressed with her professionalism and her genuine caring for pets. Nikki has proved to be a reliable and trusted carer since we first contacted her in 2005. We have called on her recently, at short notice and she has gone out of her way to accommodate. Thank you Nikki for providing such a great service. Jo & Jim Ross

I have used Nikki for the last 14 months and would highly recommend her. Nikki walks my dog Ruby every day and Ruby has also stayed with Nikki whilst we have been on holiday. Nikki absolutely adores Ruby (she even gives her xmas pressies!) and the feeling is mutual judging by Ruby's tail when she sees Nikki arriving to take her for her walk! Terri Bell

After surfing the internet I came across "woffa World" and got in touch with Nikki. After her visit to me I had no hesitation about leaving my two and half xbreed dog, Sam with her. Sam took an instant like to Nikki and I booked him in for 17 days while I was on holiday. Nikki's natural love of animals is outstanding and she is so loving to them. When Sam came back from his holiday he was so happy, well looked after and his coat was in very good condition. He loves playing with other dogs and got on really well with Nikki's "girls". He enjoyed his long walks and Nikki took some photos and gave them to me. Even when my return flight was delayed Nikki was so co-operative I couldn't wish for a better person to look after Sam. With him being so happy, so was I and immediately booked him in for a long weekend when I travel south for a long weekend to attend a family wedding, and I am sure Sam will be looking forward to go and see his "girlfriends". Woofa World hasn't seen the last of Sam as I will use it everytime I go away. Norma Merritt

I would like to say a formal "thank you" to Nicki for looking after our Border Collie, Socks, while we were away for a week's holiday. It was lovely to see how well he was on our return, he had been well-groomed and thoroughly enjoyed his stay with his friends. He had been on holiday as well. I whole- heartedly recommend Nicki for anyone to leave their pets for dog sitting, she was so loving to Socks she immediately built up a good relationship with him. Nicki also kept in touch while we were away, to let us know how he was getting on, which certainly gave us peace of mind, as we had previously had problems with kennels. Never again, will I leave my dog in any kennel, home from home is best. I will definitely be using Nicki's services again. Once again a BIG THANK YOU. Sue Spencer

My wife and I used Nikki of Woofa World for the first time having moved to Durham from the South. We have 4 old cats of which 2 of them have only been with us for a short time. We had no problems what so ever and so happy we found Nikki. We would recommend her to anyone. Matt & Jenny Gibson

Nikki looked after my dog Monty over the Christmas period. Monty has been left with other sitters before but we have always had problems because he gets distressed easily. However, we had no problems whatsoever with Nikki. Monty went for several long walks each day, was well cared for and unfortunately for me, he didn't seem to want to leave when I went to collect him!! I would highly recommend Nikki to anyone who needs a dogsitter. Kate Maddison
