What services do you offer?	Regular or occasional dog walking, home and pet sitting, home visits for cats and other small pets, pet taxi.
If you do pet sitting in your house, is your garden secure?	All our pet carers have secure gardens.
If you do dog walking or dog sitting, how long are your walks with the dogs normally?	Our most popular request is for a 40 minute visit.
How many animals do you take into your house?	No more than 4 socialised dogs are walked at any one time. If we look after dogs in the home, this is a one to one service although at peak times there is occasionally a day or so of overlap at either the beginning or end of the stay.
Do you offer any activities for the pets in your care? For example Kong toys, search exercises, etc	Clients are encouraged to bring any favourite toys!
How many pets do you have yourself and what are they?	I have three cats and Koy Carp.
What are your hobbies?	Main hobbies when time permits are amateur dramatics and sailing.
Is there anything that you would always recommend others to try?	Try anything once!!
Do you have dreams for the future?	To have the best reputation for pet care in the area.

We have enlisted Nick's help since acquiring our rabbits last year and 2 elderly cats earlier this year. Nick organises care for our pets for occasional nights away and for more substantial holidays. The pets are always happy when we return and I am grateful that Nick has been able to help us out on many an occasion at short notice and is always happy to carry out my often long and detailed care instructions! The additional piece of mind with having someone visit the house whilst we are away has been excellent as well. Thank you! Vanessa Clarke

We have used Nick's services on a number of occasions and would highly recommend the PetPal service. Nick came in twice a day for us and left a log each time of who ate what and what they had been up to. Nick also had to administer twice daily mediacation to one of our cats which he did with no problems. It's very reassuring to know that your pets are well cared for in your absence and that your house is safe while you're away. I highly recommend the PetPals service. Nicole McGrath

Having been the 1st time I have left my girls [3 cats] on their own for any longer than a night away, I was very impressed with the Pet Pals service. They were all rescue cats and are very 'scaredy' cats so taking them to a cattery was not an option. With the fantastice assistance from Nick and Colette at Pet Pals they made my trip away a very stress free one. One of my 3 cats has an on going illness and need special food and regular medications - all which was covered to my 100% satisfaction - Colette arranged a convenient time to come round and meet the girls taking time to listen to all my tales of fun and woe with them. Collette had no hesitation in my needy texts to find out how they were coping without me - since my holiday I've found they cope very well without me, puh! As it was the first time we had spent more than a night away from our cats, we wanted to make sure they were left in safe and caring hands. Nick provided this and more when he cat-sat for 10 days earlier this month (Sept 06). We would highly recommend his services and will definitely be using him again in the future. The reassuring text messages whilst we were away and visit log complete with comments on our return were gratefully received! Philippa Deacon

This was the first time we used such a service, and what a service we received, we have an aviary and due to bad timing our pair of Kakariki's breed and had a nest box with 8 small chicks, these chicks needed specialist food provided on a daily basis along with the compliment of other seeds, clearly too much to ask a neighbour to do. We contacted Nick who came round to see what was required and instantly put us at ease, upon our return we have a nest box full of strong healthy chicks and we cant thank him enough. Nick also looked after our 2 cats, rabbit and koi and like the chicks all was perfect upon our return. We could not recommend the service highly enough and will be sure to use Nick every time we go away!!! Mark Wilkinson
