Which pet service/s do you offer?	Regular and Ad hoc Dog Walking, home Visits for Cats and Small Pets. Home Boarding - a great and very popular alternative to Kennels for well behaved dogs. Pet Sitting where we stay in your house while you are away to look after your pets and secure your home.
If you offer dog sitting or walking, please tell us some specifics.	We do not walk more than 4 dogs together, once they are socialized and well known to us. We find 4o-45 minutes is plenty for most dogs - especially when playing with other dogs and with the ball thrower! We are fortunate to live in beautiful countryside with access to beaches all of which the dogs love!
What are your opening hours?	0900 - 1800
How long have you run your business for (in months or years)?	Established Oct 2005.
What type of pet/s do you have yourself?	We have a beautiful collie cross - rejected Hearing dog for the Deaf due to her Gluten, Wheat and Pollen allergies. She has been fine with us and we love her dearly!
Do you have any recommendations to other pet owners?	Please, please know what you are getting into when taking on a pet. Especially those taking on an active dog - you will have far fewer problems if you are able and willing to give them plenty of exercise.

We have used Matt and Maria at Pet Pals for the past two and a half years. All their carers are fantastic. Our dogs Mabel and Margot seem to really love it. They go for amazing walks, get fed and loved and cared for, they also are really good at following our eldest dog, Mabel's medication. Matt and Maria make sure that Mabel and Margot follow their usual routine. They have been so fantastic at taking them in at such short notice as we have to go away on business quite often. It is such a relief to know they are there for us all. I never ever worry about their welfare as they so clearly enjoy themselves. Any one who has not tried pet Pals should, it's far kinder than kennels and no one else will look after your dogs better. Sarah Parham

Stanley (our Tibetan Terrier) has been to stay with Matt & Maria on more than one occasion and we feel 100% happy about the care and attention that he receives. He gets long beach walks and it's reassuring to know that we can go away and leave him with complete confidence and peace of mind. Matt and Maria have been truly amazing with our two precious cats. Matt and Maria are fantastic and very articulate, they leave you a Daily event log with what they have done and how many cuddles were given xx. When we get back from our trips the house is fantastic, the litter tray is perfect and all is clean and smelling fresh too. These are two people i can definaltly recommend. Faye Avery

Our lovely doggie jazz, a year old border terrier spent his christmas and new year with matt and maria. It was hard leaving him at that time of year but we were thrilled with the care that he recieved. Jazz clearly had a lovely time and recieved christmas prezzies too. Samson, our yorkshire terrier, has up until recently stayed with my mother when we have gone on holiday. As she was no longer able to look after him we tried him in kennels and although they were excellent, our cat always goes to them and is very happy, Samson could not cope. He was very unhappy and would not eat. We wondered if we would ever go on holiday again until I found Matt and Maria on the web. We tried him for a weekend and he was fine. Home from home. So we then arranged to go on holiday for 2 weeks. He had a lovely time. We had several photographs of him out walking with other dogs and you can see he really was very happy to be there. Maria looked after our 3 very spoilt, eccentric, funny, house-cats for a week recently, and they were so well looked after by her, with lots of games and cuddles, that they complained to us afterwards that we were no fun, and they wanted Maria back! Matt and Maria looked after our Golden Retriever for three weeks while we were in Canada. Georgie stayed with Dave's parents in Weymouth and they took her out for walks each day. What a great service and totally professional people. Matt and Maria have just looked after our three cats whilst we have been away for a week. Both Matt and Maria are obviously animal lovers and looked after our cats as we would have done as well as giving medication to two of our cats who require tablets daily. All that I had to go on from the outset was their brochure. I was in a hurry to make arrangements for my two dogs as I was going away for Christmas and had just heard that pets would not be permitted where I was to stay; there were only a few days to go. However a phone call elicited a quick response with Maria and Matt coming to see me to talk matters over, for them to meet the dogs, and for full explanations to be made. The upshot was that in the fullness of time the dogs were collected, looked after in the Brooksbanks' own home and redelivered as arranged. I could not have been happier with the result; the photographs of the dogs whilst away prove this! Christopher Jonzen
