Which pet service/s do you offer?
We specialise in the care and training of puppies and young dogs as supported by our work for a leading UK Assistance Dog Charity over the past eight years. However, we are of course happy to accept dogs of any age. We offer both day care and holiday boarding in our own home. In addition we offer both 1 to 1 visiting training and residential puppy dog training. We can pick up and drop off your dog puppy nationwide if required. We are happy to take dogs puppies of any age or breed. Including puppies still requiring house training and socialising to elderly dogs needing medication and that extra bit of TLC. If required dogs puppies can be socialised. We offer a stimulating and friendly environment for your treasured pet. Advanced booking essential.
If you offer dog sitting or walking, please tell us some specifics.
My family helps me walk the dogs in the morning and evenings. We have numerous different walks that we do within the Chiltern hills and surrounding woodland and open fields where we live. The Dogs are walked at least twice daily tailored to their own needs. Normally each walk would be between 30-60 minutes. We also offer basic dog walking on either a regular basis or in emergencies etc. We socialise and offer basic training to a leading UK Assistance Dog Charity and as such often have one of their dog’s puppies staying with us. In addition we are licensed by Chiltern District Council & insured to have up to 3 dogs staying over night with us. We are also licensed & insured to keep up to 6 dogs puppies for half day & full day care. However, in most cases we only accept 1 or 2 dog’s puppies at a time. We are inspected by Chiltern District Council who carries out a full inspection of our home twice a year. To obtain the license we have to comply with all 40 conditions they set to obtain a license for dog boarding at home, plus they insist we are insured. We have a large range of toys to stimulate dog’s puppies of all ages and breeds. In addition we have a very ‘Eager 15 year old Daughter’ who loves playing various games with the dogs puppies. She is excellent with their training as well and it’s a question of who tires first! We also offer both full and partial training if required. To date ALL of our UK Assistance Dogs we have socialised trained have passed with flying colours.
What are your opening hours?
8am to 9pm 7 Days
How long have you run your business for (in months or years)?
UK Assistance Dogs 8 years + experience.
What type of pet/s do you have yourself?
We often have puppy’s dogs from our Charity work with the UK Assistance Dog Charity we support. In addition we currently have two Guinea Pigs which are housed outside. In the home we have several Fish Tanks with an array of Tropical Fish.
Do you have any recommendations to other pet owners?
Be patient, with your dog. Take the time to train your puppy correctly. It will hopefully spend its entire life with you. A little time now will be reaped later. You will find no better friend.
Do you have any dreams for the future?
When our Daughters finish their education I think we would like to move t’north. And transfer the doggy business there. To walk around the dales and fells….. Lovely!

Dear Karina and family. Thank you so much for looking after our puppy Lola, while we were away over half term. We were worried leaving her at such a young age, but you did a fantastic job. All my concerns mentioned to you when we left her have now been dealt with, with your expertise and great advice. We have not had one 'accident' since collecting her over two weeks ago so I think you cracked this for us! As well as generally training her, especially with her recall out in the park I can now confidently let her off the lead and know she will come back to us. She now sits and lies beautifully using only hand signals....Everyone around me is truly impressed! Your whole family have a fantastic way and know how with dogs. Thank you especially to your daughter Amelia for keeping my daughter updated with text messages with her progress during our holiday, this was very much appreciated. I hope you will be able to look after again, when we next go away. Yours Sincerely, Sarah Sofizade
