Which pet service/s do you offer?	Helping Hands offer all sorts of services, we walk your dog, pet visit your pets in their own home when your away, (a popular alternative to boarding and stress free!) we puppy check, have elderly pet care and we even house-sit your pet....we listen to what our client wants and tailor our service to their needs.
If you offer dog sitting or walking, please tell us some specifics.	Our Dog Walking Service is very popular. I think this is because we offer a flexible service including casual days and half-hour walks. The group walking is no-more than 6 dogs and there is always 2 adults supervising the walk Also we do individual walks. We love to have a spring, summer and Autumn " Doggy Day Out " where we take 6 dogs to south sheilds for the day,(we have to rotate the dogs that come so that every dog does at sometime )Its a fun day with plenty of walks, a picnic and the dogs bring their owners a stick of rock back as a thank you!
What are your opening hours?	8am until 6pm but we work out of hours also.
How long have you run your business for (in months or years)?	5 years ago.
What type of pet/s do you have yourself?	We have 3 cats, one is a rescue cat who is part feral. We have a dog also. My child hood was surrounded by pets so my family are not surprised that i run this type of business!
Do you have any recommendations to other pet owners?	I have always found our pets seem to pick us! Dont rush into getting any pet, look at your lifestyle and your limitations, owning a dog is as restricting as having a small child. If you have a puppy the training classes are a great idea, as is a dog walking service so your pet is not home alone when your out all day. Over-all just love and treasure your pet.
Do you have any dreams for the future?	Ooh lots! The success of Helping Hands is one that has come true already. We are looking into expanding, and one day go national....that would be fantastic.

Would like to say a huge thankyou to Dawn, Paul, Susan & Donald for taking care of my precious puppy when we were on holiday. We are so pleased with the home boarding service & would definatley use it again & would also recommend your services to others. I can tell he was very well looked after & his training had been kept up. His coat was so glossy & could see Susan had been brushing him & giving. Claire Johnson

Helping Hands once again I have to say a huge thank you, this morning I slept in and was running late for work and unable to take Phoenix out for his little early morning walk. No problem the super Dawn and Paul to the rescue I just texted over my situation and they called back to say they had arranged for Amy to come in between early morning pet visits. A huge Thank You to you both from myself and Kymm who I know absolutely loves and looks forward to her walks. She gets excited as soon as you ring the bell Dawn you are her favourite), she is jumping around and runs to the door sniffing, tail wagging excitedly. Happy New Year to everyone at Helping Hands. Having your help through 2008 has been brilliant and I know that Jude loves the walks and playing with her doggy pals (the photos are proof of that!!). Its reassuring to have someone we can rely on and who is flexible enough to keep up with our somewhat hectic life and last minute changes of plan! thanks for everyone and we are looking forward to seeing Helen Clothier
