What services do you offer?	Dog sitting
If you do dog sitting in your house, is your garden secure?	We had to make our garden “Beagle” proof for our own dog Bertie so I would say escape would be almost impossible.
If you do dog walking or dog sitting, how long are your walks with the dogs normally?	I generally walk the dogs twice or three times per day. It depends on the needs of the dogs I care for.
How many dogs do you take into your house or on your walks?	I have my own two dogs and I would not look after more than two others at any one time.
Do you offer any activities for the pets in your care? For example Kong toys, search exercises, etc	We play fetch, chasing, do a bit of training and if there is a companion show nearby we go to them and our guests come too. I have experience at show handling and would be happy to help owners with their dogs if they are interested in showing.
How many pets do you have yourself and what are they?	We have our own two dogs- Bertie the Beagle and Poppy the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, together with four Gerbils and two Hamsters.
What are your hobbies?	My other hobbies apart from looking after dogs are: dog showing, flamenco dancing, going to the cinema/theatre and having long walks in the countryside and by the sea when I can.
Is there anything that you would always recommend others to try?	I would say to make sure you take time to socialise your puppy when it is young to avoid problems with aggression towards other dogs when it is older. And to have as much fun playing with them as possible but remember you are the boss. That way you will have a happy, sociable, dog that will be a pleasure to walk.
Do you have dreams for the future?	My dream is to one day own a house by the sea preferably in Sussex and to go on holiday to Canada sometime in the future.

Our five month old Springer spaniel spent a weekend with Felicity and Neil, while we were on my son's rugby tour in Devon, and he had the best time ever. He was well cared for and went on some lovely long walks. I would definitely recommend them and would certainly use them again. Thye are a great couple, really dog lovers. They could not be better. Felicity recently groomed our guinea pig.He is 5 years old and a pretty hairy Abysinnian! He was very tatty and we were unable to brush him.Felicity did an amazing job,trimming his fur bathing him and generally making him look years younger! The care she took was fantasticand she handled him so well.I would highly and most definately recommend Felicity to other pet owners. Carol Gray

Felicity has been looking after my two Border Terrier dogs on a number of occassions now; they both had a terriffic holiday time as part of her family. It is clear, as I get the dogs out of the car how delighted they are to be back with Felicity again and clearly delighted to be back with her again. Felicity has a very warm family enviroment and large secure garden for the dogs to enjoy. Total trust in Felicity and her family to look after my dogs as well as they are looked after at home is the most special feature of Cosy Pets. Felicity has been wonderful looking after my dog, Chino. She has been so obliging by fitting him in at short notice. Her professional approach coupled with the total commitment, care and attention she gives is second to none , I am totally at ease when I go away knowing Chino will be looked after so well, he loves his time there and is totally integrated as part the family - I know he is loved as one of her own, and that means a lot......I am delighted and so at ease whilst Chino is with Felicity and her family - she is excellent and caring, and I thoroughly recommend her. Bobby, my 9-month old Cavalier King Charles, has a wonderful time at Cosy Pets. He gets lots of walks, play and most importantly, cuddles. The first time I came to pick him up, he was snuggled up in front of the fire with the other dogs looking totally content. I’ve also found he’s picked up some good habits from his visits. He’s now much better on the lead and has found the confidence to initiate play with other dogs – something he never did before. Felicity and her family provide a unique blend of professional care and a kind, loving environment. I can now go away feeling totally secure that Bobby is in safe, caring hands. Felicity and her family are EXTRAORDINARY dog sitters. They take care of our puppy Basset Hound as nobody would, they love him as much as we do and we are delighted to have found a second family for him. It's a real vacation for him, he loves the Hankeys two dogs. The whole family take so good care of him, it's a relieve to know that our dog is in such good hands when we are away... I'm sur that if he could, our dog would send us away more often! If you want the best care for your pet, then this is it!... We love them... Max and Audrey Poux

Felicity is a fantastic dog sitter. She looked after our 18 week-old Wheaten Terrier, Miffy, while we were in Ireland for four days. Miffy loved Felicity's dogs, Bertie and Poppy, and didn't seem to miss us at all! She had as good a holiday as we did and I will be using Felicity again in the future. Susan Sutton
